Biography

TRAINING: A typical day of training starts off with some type of strength & conditioning. I then eat breakfast. Next is MMA training. Wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and some good ole thumb wrestling from time to time. I then eat lunch. After that, I go back to drill proper technique in any of the martial arts, then eat dinner. Finally, I finish up the day with some type of recovery - hot yoga, hot tub, cryotherapy, float tank or sometimes a warm chocolate chip cookie.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started after high school while working construction, just to stay busy and in shape. It was the closest thing I could find to wrestling.
