Hector LombardTRAINING: A typical training day for me has been to begin training at 10:30 am, stretching and warming up. Monday and Thursday have been focused on ground work along with lots of cardio to build my strength where I was injured. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have been focusing on Muay Thai and boxing. Saturday I work and review on what we did the prior week. And finally, on Sunday I get as much rest as possible.
