TRAINING: Training usually changes every week, but for the most part I usually do a 2-3 session a day routine. The first session is either wrestling or jiu-jitsu. Then at 3pm I usually get a strength and conditioning workout in. From there, the night session is usually Muay Thai or MMA technique and sparring.
When and why did you start training for fighting? A good mixture of wrestling and jiu-jitsu left me looking for something more to compete in and MMA has definitely helped me fill that competitive void.
