TRAINING: I start the morning with my standup coach at Killer BCSA. We also alternate strength and conditioning work. In the evenings, I go with the hammers at Nick Catone MMA like Corey Anderson, Frankie Edgar, etc.

Thoughts on opponent, Ryan Spann? Ryan is a tough dude, has great standup and is well rounded. I think it should be a great fight.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training kickboxing after high school and slowly made my transition to MMA.
