When and why did you start training for fighting?

In 1999 I started with Derek Cleveland in north Idaho and finished up at university of Missouri and then I moved up to Iowa and trained with Team Miletich and I now train in Salt Lake City with Jeremy Horn.

What ranks and titles have you held?

3 time All American wrestler, Abu Dhabi qualifier.

Do you have any heroes?

Randy Couture, high school wrestling coach Greg Haga,

Brad Imes and Seth Petruzelli.

What is your favorite technique?

Slams.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?

It means a great deal. It is a great accomplishment.
