Biography
TRAINING: I wake up and train for a couple of hours early each morning. I work at my job all day. Then get another two to three hours of training in at night.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I love to compete and you have to train hard to be at your best. I have been training MMA for 11 years.
What ranks and titles have you held? I have a Midwest belt
Do you have any heroes? None
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? To fight in the UFC is the biggest accomplishment in my life. I fought for the past 13 years to get to this point. Now I am ready to show the UFC that I belong here.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to college for a couple years. No degree.
What was your job before you started fighting? Sub contractor
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? I was ranked #1 in the ISCF amateur rankings.
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? I hold the 170 belt from MCC in Iowa
Favorite grappling technique: Ground and pound
Favorite Striking technique: Straight right or just hit them till the ref stops me.
