Biography

TRAINING: Training for this camp has been two to three sessions five or six days a week, depending on the schedule the coaches at American Top Team have laid out for me. Nothing is ever set in stone as far as what I'll be doing from day to day, and a lot communication goes into me maximizing my time on the mats.

When and why did you start training for fighting? Seven years ago - to validate all the years I have been doing traditional martial arts.

What ranks and titles have you held? Third degree black belt and world champion in Kuk Sool Won, purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu

Do you have any heroes? Mom and Dad

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? An opportunity to fight at the highest level, and it gives me the ability to provide for my family by doing what I have a passion for.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, BA in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology

What was your job before you started fighting? Various areas of social service and worked for My Fit Foods

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? LHW titleholder in the IXFL
