Thiago SilvaTRAINING: During the week, I train twice a day, once in the late morning and then again around 6:30pm. Depending on the day, I usually work in striking, wrestling, BJJ, conditioning, and sparring.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training with Macaco and I decided to do MMA to get a better future. Accomplishments in amateur competition? I won State and Brazilian BJJ Tournaments Accomplishments in pro competition? I am the current champion of the Fury fight GP.
