Contenders Boetsch and Leites Meet in Jan.

Top 15 middleweights Thales Leites and Tim Boetsch will look to keep the momentum going from recent wins when they battle it out in Las Vegas on the UFC 183 card on January 31.

In August, "The Barbarian" Boetsch scored an emotional Performance of the Night TKO of Brad Tavares in his home state of Maine, putting him into the number 13 spot in the current 185-pound rankings.

Brazil's Leites, ranked number 11 in the world, has been on a hot streak for a while, going unbeaten in his last seven fights, a string that includes four UFC wins and back-to-back knockouts of Trevor Smith and Francis Carmont.

UFC 183 is headlined by the return of Anderson Silva against Nick Diaz.
