Dariush Draws 'The Menace' on August 8

The UFC Fight Night card in Nashville continues to take shape, with the latest addition to the lineup being a batte of lightweight contenders pitting number five-ranked Michael "The Menace" Johnson against the 14th-ranked 155-pounder, Beneil Dariush on August 8.

The UFC Fight Night card, which is headlined by the light heavyweight bout between Ovince Saint Preux and Glover Teixeira, will be televised live on FOX Sports 1 from the Bridgestone Arena.

Currently sporting a four-fight winning streak that includes wins over Joe Lauzon and Edson Barboza, Florida's Johnson is closing in on a world title shot, but California's Dariush, who has a four-fight win streak of his own, with victories over Jim Miller and Daron Cruickshank, is looking to halt his opponent's momentum and continue his rise to the top.
