Hapa Meets Schaub at UFC 181

Number three ranked heavyweight contender Travis "Hapa" Browne will make his first UFC start since a tough loss to Fabricio Werdum earlier this year when he takes on Brendan Schaub at UFC 181 on December 6 in a clash of two of the division's heaviest hitters.

Before the decision defeat against Werdum in April, Browne had won three straight, picking up consecutive Knockout of the Night awards for his finishes of Gabriel Gonzaga, Alistair Overeem, and Josh Barnett.

A finalist from season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter, Schaub saw a two-fight hot streak snapped in June by a controversial split decision loss to Andrei Arlovski.

UFC 181, which will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, is headlined by the UFC middleweight title fight between Chris Weidman and Vitor Belfort.
