Lightweight Anthony Pettis Set to Throw Out First Pitch at Brewers Game on May 26
Fast-rising WEC lightweight Anthony Pettis will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Milwaukee Brewers game on Wednesday, May 26. Pettis, a 23-year-old born and raised in Milwaukee, has defeated his last two opponents by stoppage. In his last fight on April 24, “Showtime” submitted tested veteran Alex Karalexis by triangle choke.
Pettis will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Brewers take on the Houston Astros. Having grown up a Brewers fan, Pettis is honored to take the mound at Miller Park.
“This is truly an awesome experience for me,” Pettis said. “I am really excited that the Brewers have decided to let me throw out the first pitch on May 26.”
