Welterweight prospect Matt Brown is gearing up for the fight of his life as he helps his father recover from acute myeloid leukemia, and today in Jamestown, Ohio, “The Immortal” will be holding a fundraiser at Morris' Pond on Cottonwood Road to aid with the costs associated with James Brown’s medical care.
Taking place from noon to 10pm, the pig roast event, titled “Bo’s Bash” will feature food, live music, and a host of other activities for all ages. There will also be an auction of items autographed by Brown and former UFC light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin.
Donations can be made at the event, at any area Security National Bank or Huntington Bank by asking for the James Brown Medical Fund, or via PayPal by clicking here.
