DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON CONSIDERED BECOMING A FIGHTER IN THE UFC
By Brandon Wise, www.cbssports.com
The Rock is a man of many talents. He started as a defensive lineman at the University of Miami before becoming a WWE superstar and then a box-office juggernaut. Well, in between the WWE and movie making, Dwayne Johnson was in a bit of a quandary, still figuring out the next steps of his career.

The wrestling great went on the UFC Unfiltered podcast on Thursday and said he at one point considered training for the UFC.

"There was a time there where I thought, man, I achieved everything I wanted to achieve in WWE, my movie career is floundering a little bit, what do I do?" Johnson said. "I was relatively still young, I think I was 34. I thought, oh well maybe UFC. Maybe I should do something like that."
