Thursday Morning Fight Update

There are no UFC bouts this weekend, but there is plenty of action on the way, as UFC matchmaker Joe Silva delivered three more fights for December-January events.

An injury suffered by Lyman Good forced him out of his December 10 bout in Las Vegas against Omari Akhmedov. Stepping in for the New Yorker in the UFC FIGHT PASS bout will be Brazilian veteran Sergio Moraes, who is currently sporting a three-fight winning streak that includes victories over Neil Magny and Mickael Lebout.

The January 17 event in Boston got two compelling bouts added to a stacked lineup, with lightweights Ross Pearson and Francisco Trinaldo squaring off in a matchup that could propel the winner into the top 15, while always exciting Sean O'Connell battles Ilir Latifi in a light heavyweight matchup.
