Two Added to Fight Night Newark Event

The UFC's return to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on April 18 has received a 1-2 punch of compelling matchups with the announcement of Jim Miller vs. Paul Felder and Paige VanZant vs. Felice Herrig.

Tickets for UFC Fight Night Newark, which is headlined by the middleweight bout between top contenders Lyoto Machida and Luke Rockhold, go on sale on February 20. The card will air on FOX.

New Jersey's Miller has been a UFC lightweight standout since his Octagon debut in 2008, winning 14 bouts, including three of his last five. In Felder, he will face an unbeaten Philadelphian who has won his first two UFC bouts, most recently knocking out Danny Castillo and earning Performance of the Night honors at UFC 182 earlier this month.

A quarterfinalist on season 20 of The Ultimate Fighter, veteran Felice Herrig has won five of her last six bouts, and in December, she notched her first UFC win with a second-round submission of Lisa Ellis. Team Alpha Male's VanZant had a spectacular debut of her own in November, stopping Kailin Curran in the third round of a Fight of the Night-winning battle.
