Tuck Ready for his UFC Debut in China

Most MMA fighters don’t mind getting hit. Not many like it as much as Jon Tuck and his cousin, Joe Duarte. Training at The Arena last week, the two exchanged blows to the head with 100 percent power during a sparring session. The impact was thunderous, and the sound of the “smacks” and “thuds” were outdone only by the hoots, hollers and laughs of each fighter.

“We’re from Guam, we’re warriors,” Tuck said. “We’re fighters, coconut heads, whatever you want to call it. We’ve gone through so much growing up that we know we can take it.”
