The Ultimate Fighter: Post-Fight Bonus Report

Read on to find out who took home bonuses from The Ultimate Fighter Finale.
Seven fighters joined UFC president Dana White at the Ultimate Fighter: A Champion Will Be Crowned Finale post-fight press conference: Joanne Calderwood, Jessica Penne, Yancy Medeiros, Felice Herrig, Charles Oliveira, Rose Namajunas, and new 115-lb. champion Carla Esparza.

Performance of the Night went to surging lightweight Yancy Medeiros and new champion Carla Esparza. Despite all of the hype surrounding opponent Rose Namajunas coming, Esparza was able to use her dominant ground game to overpower the young phenom before finishing with a rear-naked choke in the third round. Medeiros continued his impressive 2014, wrapping up his second straight submission win with a first-round stoppage of Joe Proctor.

Fight of the Night was awarded to The Ultimate Fighter: A Champion Will Be Crowned semifinalists Randa Markos and Jessica Penne, who put on a back-and forth brawl to kick off the main card.

Each bonus winner was awarded $50,000.
