Thoughts on opponent, Antonio Jones? I know that he is a well-rounded fighter, but I am coming in to win and plan on dominating both on the ground and standing.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training at 10 years old and fell in love with fighting after my first grappling competition.
What titles have you held? I have won at the PAL Tournament and the Desert Showdown (both amateur boxing competitions).
Do you have any heroes? No, but I look up to those who work hard and are determined to be successful in anything they do.
What would it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to me. It has been my dream since I was a kid to fight in the UFC and be a champion.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am currently attending school and am still in the process of deciding my degree.
What was your job before you started fighting? I started fighting at 16, so my only job was to go to school and then go to training.
